Purpose of chapter: to describe basic functions during tracking.

With a Track editor action, the Track editor opens from:
The Track editor displays a Toast message on opening, informing on weekday name and date of departure time. This applies regardless from where the editor is opened.
Textfield contents is as in the Track mainpage - edit where most convenient. Only difference is, that here
must be used to save changes. Above, it's disabled: no changes were made since the editor was opened.The Z : action button (always enabled, except when opener is Photo or Voice menu) opens the Tzones page - similar to tapping of Track and History mainpages - see The Track mainpage.
Tapping the Comments field pushes it up to make more space:

The (always enabled) navigation bar button
opens the:Tapping its Track editor Help pages.
action opens theAs seen in Edit track Options Menu, this action is disabled ('only from Tracklist') in this context.

The Event editor opens from:
On small screens not all lines in the editor are visible - in that case drag a heading (e.g. Current direction and force:) to scroll the page:
The event editor comprises five attribute sets, each with two attributes.
The two sets Wind direction and force and Current direction and force are connected sets - i.e. the attributes are related. For example: you must set a wind direction after setting a wind force - or vice versa.
In the three other sets, attribute values are mutually independent. For details, see Validation of the ten event attributes.
The value of an attribute is set or changed by tapping a line in the editor and then selecting an option from the corresponding pickerscreen:
For each of the ten attribute types, there is a pickerscreen. Currently eight attribute uses table-based pickers, the remaining two have graphical pickers.
Wind-force selection uses such:
Values for the Wind force attribute have several display options, as described in Settings mainpage: Windforces Picker.
Wind-direction selection has one:

When data has been entered or picked, the editor could display as:
In this case a text-note is made, and attribute values for Wind direction and for Wind force are specified.

When Input validation is done - and if ok, the App waits for you to move:
is tapped,- and when you have moved slightly to trig the GPS to fetch a location, a user event is created, and the editor returns to the Track mainpage.

Above, he Eventlist is opened from Action on current track menu - it has three cells with events: the first is an automatic First plot event (green), the second and third are Manual user events (orange).
The third event is considered Last plot event until a next plot is done.

action alters the order to descending (newest first):In the Eventlist, swipe to delete: tap and hold anywhere in the right area (fat black arrow above), and swipe left to present a big Delete button:
If an event record - or any other type of record - is deletable, you must confirm:
You cannot delete the event attached to the first or the last plot:
A First plot event always exists for any track. A Last plot event exists in historic tracks only. Both are needed for correct map drawing.
